Enabling Australian spinach growers to reduce food waste

Woolworths launches new ‘The Odd Bunch’ range

Woolworths has launched a range of fruit and vegetables called The Odd Bunch, hoping to curb food waste. The range combines sustainability with great value that benefits both Australian farmers and the customers. Since 2015, 204,488 tons of The Odd Bunch fruit and veg has been sold that would have otherwise gone to waste, which has helped farmers sell more of their crop.

Woolworths partners with over 70 suppliers for the ‘The Odd Bunch’ range across 68 products. One of these is The Odd Bunch Chopped Spinach, created in partnership with One Harvest.
