Until now, the agricultural companies receive the purchase contracts from the brokers on paper and the administrative staff has to fill in and verify the data of the purchase contract in the office. "It's a long task and there's the possibility of making administrative errors. These mistakes would then be corrected by making numerous phone calls or sending emails to the broker to clarify all the information written in the contract," they stated.
Gregal's purchase contracts APP eliminates the need for paper contracts and digitizes the purchase contract so that everything is digitally signed from a mobile terminal, at the moment that the brokers and farmers close a deal.
