Huercasa's novelties for Fruit Attraction

Grilled corn on the cob, halved sweet potato, marinated salad beets, and baked potato with skin

Huercasa will participate in Fruit Attraction, the sector's most important event at the national level, which will be held in person from October 5 to 7 at IFEMA, Madrid's trade fair and exhibition center, after the 2020 fair was held exclusively online. The company will take advantage of this scenario to present four new ready-to-eat vegetable references.

Grilled corn on the cob, halved sweet potato, specially marinated beets for salads, and cooked potato with skin are the four new products that Huercasa will unveil at the fair.

These products, like the rest of Huercasa's offer, do not contain preservatives, are very natural, steamed, and vacuum packed to facilitate their conservation for a longer time.

Grilled corn on the cob is an evolution of Huercasa's corn on the cob, the company's flagship product, a leader in Europe in this sector. The added value of this product is its barbecue flavor, which people can now access by heating the product in the oven or microwave.

Other ideal garnish products are the new steamed sweet potato in halves, which have the sweet potato's attractive flavor and nutritional properties, as well as the potatoes with skin, which are ideal to accompany any dish or serve with different sauces.

Finally, Huercasa will launch its new beet for salads, the evolution of another of its best-known references, the cooked beet. This product is ideal to add to any salad, as it comes in pieces and marinated with a soft combination of apple juice and vinegar that gives it a very special touch.

New Packaging
Huercasa will also showcase its new packaging, which is part of the company's commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, at the fair.

The new packaging, which is already being implemented in the different Huercasa products, eliminates secondary plastic and replaces it with sashes and paper labels, a process that will save around 20 tons of plastic per year.

Organic range
Huercasa will also present its range of organic products at the fair, which includes practically all of the company's references, including corn, beets, potatoes, legumes, and rice.

Huercasa vegetable solutions allow consumers who are fond of cooking to save time in the kitchen, as they won't need to clean, chop, or cook these vegetables when they use them.
