PND will attend the next edition of Macfrut in Rimini, the B2B event that is much-anticipated by the fresh produce chain.
"We have been attending Macfrut for years, it is an unmissable occasion to get to know the sector better, strengthen our relationships, discover what is new and understand what our buyers want," explained export manager Virginia Cascella.
"Despite the uncertainties of this current moment in history, it is with great pleasure that we take part in the fair. So far, we have taken advantage of all online options - of course we managed to keep in contact, work digitally and manufacture machines upon request, but direct human contact is different."
The company will attend Macfrut (September 7th-9th) in Hall B1, Stand 195.
The following machines will be on display for the occasion:
- Peeling, coring and cutting machine PL6 for apples, pears, kiwifruits and peaches. A new upgrade makes apple cutting particularly precise.
- Peeling and coring machine PL1D for melons, pineapples and pumpkins, available with 2 or 4 stations.
The entire mechanics and physical parts of the machine will be on show, as well as the various add-ons (e.g. SCMA, the slicing and dicing machine). - Universal cutting machine SS8 for fruits and vegetables - apples, pears, peaches, kiwifruit, mangoes, pineapples, tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, lemons and other citrus fruits. By switching the cutting units, the machine can cut wedges, slices or sticks.
