Elea Ltd hosts international webinar on April 21

"Reduced blanching time, improved cut quality, increased revenues and reduced costs"

The Elea PEF Advantage Belt System is designed to improve both product quality and revenues within fruit and vegetable processing,  while at the same time reducing production costs and electricity consumption. By using the Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) process, raw materials are much easier to process, there is less waste and produce retains its shape and color during drying.

"The PEF system significantly reduces blanching time and temperature as well as drying time. The risk of undesirable quality losses in the treated product is thus minimized," says the Elea Ltd management.

International webinar
In order to explain the different PEF applications and their benefits, Elea is organizing an international webinar on Wednesday, April 21, starting at 2:00 pm. By means of a live demo, the effects of the PEF Advantage B1 system - especially for facilities with a total capacity between 1 and 6 T/hour - will be shown and explained. "Other machines with different capacities will then be presented in the virtual showroom."
 

Managing Director Stefan Töpfl (r) and engineer Kevin Hill will co-moderate the webinar and elaborate on the advantages of the process. Finally, webinar participants will have the opportunity to ask these gentlemen specific questions in a Q&A meeting.
