“Our vision here at Generation Farms is to continue to build our position in the produce industry as a world-class, year-round provider,” said Santos Hollmann, COO of Generation Farms. “We are extremely pleased to announce our alignment with Fresh Start Produce Sales Co. to deliver high quality product to the industry that both parties are known for.”

Hollmann also noted that Fresh Start Produce Sales Co's. history as a large-scale provider of quality produce, along with its corporate structure, were important factors in making this relationship possible.
“We are excited to partner exclusively with one of the industry’s leading producers of onions,” said Greg Blackwood, co-owner of Fresh Start Produce Sales Co. “We are driven to deliver the best product to retailers, and equally important, the greatest returns possible to our growers.”

Blackwood also noted that the onion crop looks very strong, and production has already begun on Generation’s Florida and Georgia operations after representatives of both parties met in Vidalia, GA late last week to finalize the agreement.
