SBK Group AB, an importer and wholesaler of fruit and vegetables in Sweden with a background as specialist in berries and mushrooms, with Waisi Abdo as main owner, opened up it´s new distribution centre in Tumba outside Stockholm during late summer 2020.
With 6.000 sqms of refrigerated area, SBK is now able to improve delivery service to customers in Stockholm and the lake Mälaren area in central Sweden. The ”pick up” operation at Årsta Partihallar will continue as previously, mainly for Stockholm customers.
SBK now takes a new important step in it´s rapid development by acquiring the majority in the well known Gothenburg wholesaler AB Malte Gustavsson. The current owners, Mats Gustavsson and Yousef Kachama, will continue to operate the company, supported by the SBK team.
Together with Malte Gustavsson, the SBK Group will now have a turnover of approx. 100 MEuro with an attractive range of quality products for Swedish customers.
