NL: Teboza expands organic asparagus plant offer

More than ten years ago, Teboza became one of the first Dutch asparagus farms to grow organic asparagus. The company now has a considerable acreage of organic asparagus. And it's an integral part of its product range.

In recent years, the international asparagus market has seen steady growth. Organic asparagus cultivation of organic asparagus is becoming increasingly professional too. A few years ago, Teboza decided to start producing organic planting material.

That's in line with this international trend. They do so along with their organic asparagus farming. Over the years, the company's supplied various Dutch and international asparagus growers. These farmers get healthy organic asparagus plants. That guarantees a perfect start to their organic cultivation.

Teboza intends to expand its organic asparagus plant offer further. It will be based on client-specific requirements. The company has a unique combination of knowledge. They not only have know-how about plant cultivation. They also have skills and experience gained from their own organic asparagus production.

So, Teboza can help asparagus growers with organic ambitions to achieve optimum returns. "Sharing this knowledge goes beyond giving cultivation advice and support," says a Teboza representative. "If required, Teboza will help come up with ideas on how to package and market the organic product."
