Total EU avocado supply (updated 22-01-2020)

Week 3 Hass supply to the EU - Chile supplies 823,000 4-kg cartons

The January 2021, Week 3 Hass supply to the EU saw Chile only supplying Hass avocados to an amount of 823,000 4-kg cartons.

Week 3 avocado shipments from Colombia to Europe:205,000 units of Hass avocados. Israel sent over 203,000 cartons of Greenskin avocados and 215,000 units of Hass avocados, totalling 418,000 units. The corresponding numbers for imports from Spain are as follows: Greenskin: 80,000 cartons, Hass: 563,000 cartons, total: 643,000 cartons.
