This is an overview of weekly wholesale prices. These are for the most sold fruit and vegetables on Morocco's Casablanca wholesale market. They're minimum and maximum wholesale prices in Moroccan dirhams per kg.
There are 38 fruit and vegetable wholesale markets in Morocco. Of these, Casablanca is the largest, by far. In a 34 hectare area, a million tonnes of fruit and vegetables are traded annually. That's equal to one-third of the country's national fruit and vegetable trade.
