December is the month where we treat ourselves to something special, even when it comes to fruit and vegetables. How is the trade for exotics and tropical fruit this year? Traditionally consumers buy more exotic fruit in December as a treat for Christmas or to offer guests something different. Have the second wave of lockdowns affected sales due to lack of food service, maybe this will pick up as lockdowns ease?
