Cumulative volume of oranges exported to rest of Africa at 838,276 cartons

According to a report by the Citrus Growers’ Association of South Africa, the cumulative exports of oranges to the rest of Africa (and surrounding islands) stood at 838,276 cartons in week 45, down 4% year -on-year.


In week 45, the cumulative number of oranges exported to all regions stood at 72,146,955 equivalent cartons. Most of this (at 28,597,220 units) went to Europe, with the Middle East coming in second at 12,602,330 cartons.
