Patatas Meléndez, Valladolid's leading company in the fresh potato sector, has presented its new logo and launched a campaign for television and digital media.
2020 is being a difficult year, but also one of growth for Patatas Meléndez. That is why the company is giving a boost to all the initiatives it had planned, including a new design for the brand. A new image that underlines the importance of its name, which ultimately refers to a family saga devoted to working the land. The idea with the new logo is to introduce a graphic element that makes it easy to identify at a glance the producing sector to which they are devoted.
The presentation of the new brand has been complemented by an outstanding media campaign, with a new TV spot starring comedian Leo Harlem, a figure closely linked to the Spanish region of Castile-Leon, where the company is based, and a magnificent ambassador of the foods that Patatas Meléndez sells.
The campaign, developed by Leo Harlem, serves to convey an optimistic message, very much in line with the return to cooking at home that Spanish society as a whole is experiencing.

This is an ideal context to vindicate and advertise natural products from the field, such as those of Patatas Meléndez.
Javier Meléndez, CEO of Patatas Meléndez, says that “the 450 people who make Patatas Meléndez possible stand behind innovation in our company and the production of the highest quality. We have developed a new image that makes it clearer who we are. I feel very proud and fortunate to make this journey in such good company.”
