New fresh-cut green beans to be featured at Fresh Summit

As the holiday season approaches, Lipman Family Farms will feature their new fresh-cut green beans at PMA’s upcoming virtual Fresh Summit. With shipments starting this month, Lipman’s green beans are ready for retail year-round, just in time for the holiday months when fresh green beans are in high demand.

Available in a high-graphic, microwavable bag to eliminate prep time, Lipman’s fresh-cut green beans are clipped and cleaned to provide a dependable, ready-to-enjoy product. The retail packaging is designed to enhance the shelf life and ensure convenient, fresh produce.

With more than 80 years of farming expertise, Lipman can provide product availability all year through its harvesting process and vertically integrated supply chain. The green beans are uniquely hand-picked with care on exclusive acreage in Guasave, Mexico and Baja California, Mexico and distributed by Lipman’s West Coast distribution network.

Offered in a variety of sizes ranging from 12-ounces to 32-ounces, green bean packages are ready to ship to customers within 24 hours. The beans are also available as organic, falling under the full Grown-True line of products, including tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, and squash varieties.

Lipman will be showcasing its fresh-cut green bean program and sharing industry insights at PMA’s virtual Fresh Summit, October 13-15.
