As part of its growth strategy, Warnez has appointed Patrick Verschelde as its new CEO. A first cycle with Carl Schulze as external CEO was completed. Carl succeeded in streamlining Warnez Potatoes and providing the necessary structure.
With Patrick Verschelde, a CEO has now been appointed who, together with the family and the strong Warnez team, has to realize the next cycle. The focus is on product leadership, customer intimacy and operational excellence. The aim is to allow the organization to continue to grow strongly.
To make this happen, Patrick Verschelde will use his broad education (Masters in Psycho-Pedagogy, supplemented with a postgraduate degree in Marketing and an MBA) but above all on his many years of experience in both multinationals and SMEs. In recent years he has been active as a business consultant, focusing on family entrepreneurs who needed support to grow their successful organization even further.
Patrick Verschelde will take on the role of CEO from 1 October 2020.
