FiveStar Gourmet Foods has announced their latest extension to their Family Size line of Simply Fresh Salads® with their new Fig & Walnut Salad.
As fall approaches, figs and fresh apples are in peak season. It is a wonderful pairing of fruit and nuts that provides freshness beyond what is expected. Other recipes in the Simply Fresh Salads® Family Size line include Mexican Style Caesar Salad with Cilantro Cesar Dressing and limited-edition Harvest Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
The large family salad is pre-packaged in a recyclable serving bowl and starts with a generous helping of fresh Spring Mix and is topped with creamy Feta cheese and crisp, fresh apples, roasted walnuts, dried Mission figs, and fresh grape tomatoes. This salad comes complete with FiveStar’s Signature Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette created in-house.

The Simply Fresh Salads® Fig & Walnut Family Size Salad launches this week in Costco and is produced in FiveStar’s facilities that are USDA and SQF Level 3 certified.
