"Our vision is to gain confidence from our past to face any future challenges"

Anatolia has been a very strong “warehouse” for almost all kinds of fresh fruits & vegetables since the very beginning of human history. Laying between the Mediterranean and Mesopotamian hinterland like a bridge, this very special soil of the world is still producing for many kinds of human needs. The flavor that shaped so many territories’ kitchens still has power in these fertile lands.

“We thought that it would be a perfect idea to bring together all sources in a center and gain a synergy in food export”, says Zafer Ozken, Managing Director; Anatolian Stars Food Trd. LTD.CO. from Turkey. “For centuries this soil has been main centre for producing almost any kind of food for whole world. To manage all these sources and centralise professionally, for gaining trading power is our main aim. Our vision is to gain confidence from our past and face any future challenges that may arise. We have this capability and my team has proved it many times. It is now the right time to merge with the right partners.”

The cherry season finished almost a month ago. The pandemic situation has had global effects but it was a good season anyway. Thanks to a governmental stimulus, Turkish cherry exporters gained momentum in new markets and surpassed last year’s revenues.

The current has been blessed with sweet and plump grapes. The Turkish Sultana is still knocking on a good many doors, especially in Europe. As a hub, the Netherlands is outstanding for importing these very fresh and delicious flavors.

Now the wind of pomegranates is blowing closer. European and East Asian markets are preparing themselves for these energy and vitamin rich red arils. It may not be a proven vaccine but their empowerment of the immune system is almost a cliche.

All year round there are so many flavors that St. Anatolia offers. We manage to collect all these Anatolian tastes for our esteemed guests and establish a reliable link among partners. We believe that you deserve better.
