Idai Nature, the head of the Rovensa Group's biocontrol unit, has opened its first subsidiary in Brazil, which will serve as an operations center to increase the company's presence in the country.
This new subsidiary consolidates and strengthens Idai Nature's presence in the American continent, which already has subsidiaries in the USA and Mexico.
The short-term goal of this biotech company, which has helped thousands of farmers to grow the best quality food safely and sustainably with their natural solutions, is to lead the world's agricultural biocontrol market.
"This is a crucial strategic move to successfully continue the company's global expansion plan," said Carlos Ledo, Idai Nature's founder and CEO. The company currently has a presence in 40 countries and it is expected it will increase its worldwide presence with new strategic acquisitions that it will make public throughout the remainder of the year.

The company increased its sales by 300% over the previous year, reaching a turnover of 40 million.
