Grupo Agroponiente has resumed its commercial relations with the United States. The entity's first shipments to the North American market have been of cucumbers and have been made by air, strictly complying with all customs requirements for the export of fresh products to the American continent, following arduous and meticulous work from the commercial services of this Almería-based company.
The commercial director of Grupo Agroponiente, Raúl Medina, said that “we are facing the start of the first campaign after the arrival of COVID-19, and it is clear that some things have had to change. We have had to work very hard so that this new situation and those changes not only won't affect us, but will actually allow us to continue improving. It is clear that having a group of producers like the one we have in the company, together with the quality and professionalism of the group's teams, has been a great starting point for a project that the company has been developing for some time, and which will experience a significant boost in the coming months."
