Temperature data loggers guarantee high product quality of Panama papaya

Papayas from Panama are well known and their export volume is growing every year. However, this fruit easily spoils during transportation and storage.

One of the main questions in this industry is how the papaya can best be kept fresh during distribution. The Panama papaya exporter Panafruit S.A. recently began a strategic cooperation with the leading temperature data logger manufacturer, Tzone Digital Technology Co., Ltd. The single-use USB temperature data logger of Tzone, the TempU02, can be used in combination with the wireless disposable real-time Temp&RH&Location data logger TT18 to keep track of data during the long voyage at sea. Anna, a spokesperson of Tzone, recently talked about their strategic cooperation with Panafruit.

"The single-use USB temperature data logger TempU02 is an economical choice for clients who are looking for an efficient temperature data logger. This is the ideal choice for a temperature data logger that helps to record temperature fluctuations during the refrigerated distribution process. The TempU02 has an easy and friendly user interface that is extremely convenient to use. Users only need to turn the temperature data loggers on and place them with their products in the shipping container. The TempU02 will accurately record temperatures throughout the distribution process. At the end of this journey the client can simply plug the TempU02 into their computer and download the data," explained Anna.

The wireless single-use real-time Temp&RH&Location data logger TT18 is another Tzone popular product. The main difference with the TempU02 is the GSM technology in the TT18. The TT18 contains a SIM-card. Each TT18 keeps in constant communication with the cloud. Clients can access their data at any given moment to keep an eye on the temperature and humidity in the shipping container, and  check the location of the shipping container itself. In this way the client receives early warning about the state and the location of unmarketable products.

Tzone received great feedback during the initial phase of their cooperation with Panafruit S.A. According to the CEO of Panafruit S.A., Ms. Maryan Safi: "Papayas have extremely strict requirements for storage and transport facilities. Temperature and humidity both need to be very stable during the distribution process, only then can the product quality be guaranteed. Using the temperature data loggers TempU02 and TT18 of Tzone allows us to keep an eye on our products in real time and better understand the conditions during distribution. In this way, we can guarantee the freshness of our papayas upon arrival in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Tzone supplies high-quality innovative technology, and whenever we run into a technological problem, Tzone also provides timely services. We are extremely satisfied with our cooperation with Tzone."

Tzone was established in 2006. This professional high-tech company is specialized in the production of various temperature and humidity recording and monitoring devices. Tzone has been a leading company in the field of USB-based and wireless recording and monitoring devices for years. The company has a dedicated department for research and development and up-to-date manufacturing facilities. Many of their products sell well in the domestic market and abroad.
