Exclusive herb brand for food professionals: Vitalicious

Vitacress Real has launched its own brand called Vitalicious. This brand focuses entirely on premium quality, fresh herbs, and natural flavorings. These are destined for the foodservice market: wholesalers, and the hospitality and catering industries.

The Vitalicious recipe: Truly Original
The Vitalicious recipe can be described as 'Truly Original'. "Because that's where it begins for all of us. With the original, real, pure flavor of fresh herbs. No industrial or processed flavorings. Getting back to the basics - Mother Nature's flavors. Super healthy (vital) and tasty (delicious). So, Vitalicious. And then we add a dose of fresh, original ideas. These have been devised, from start to finish, for traders and consumers," says Renée Peeters, the Vitalicious brand manager.

"Like a fine-tuned packaging method that increases the herbs' shelf life. And convenient solutions that make using herbs more accessible at different times or save time. At Vitalicious, we like brainstorming with people. How can fresh herbs help create a true out-of-home experience? With everything we do, tasty innovations for food professionals is the starting point. We want to create a reliable brand for traders and consumers. For further optimization, we must remain in constant dialogue with our target group."

Innovation and conceptual thinking
With Vitalicious, Vitacress Real wants to evolve the fresh herb market. They want to do so themselves, rather than under a private label. Innovation and conceptual thinking are in this Dutch company's DNA. They were, for example, the first to introduce fresh herb mixes to the market. They need these characteristics to convince an even broader target market of fresh herbs' power. "We have a team of 'flavor freaks'. Along with them, we want to teach as many people as possible that fresh herbs are delicious and healthy. They must experience this too," adds Tom Meijers, Vitalicious' sales manager.

"The goal is to make everyday life healthier, more pleasurable, and tastier. For example, we know that 85% of people in the Netherlands consume too much salt. That's very bad for your health. Fresh herbs and natural flavorings are healthy, equally tasty substitutes like using Salicornia instead of salt. We learned a lot from the retail market. We studied market data and experiences in various European countries. Now, with Vitalicous, we want to use this broad experience. We want to make it available to wholesalers and food professionals too."

Unique tea concept for the hospitality and catering sector
Vitalicious offers another tasty, healthy idea - fresh herbal teas. Vitalicious tea is a 'plug & play concept' for the hospitality and (business) catering sectors. This is in response to fresh mint tea's popularity. It offers a complimentary, innovative herbal tea range. There's a carefully developed tea menu with five different herbal blends. It increases this product's visibility on location and stimulates active sales. The herbal blends are 100% natural. They contain no artificial colorants, flavorings, or caffeine.

Each herb boosts your health in a specific way. That's also evident from the menu - there's Healing Thyme, Lemon Calm, and Rosememory tea. Would you like to integrate these herbal teas into your business in a different way? A Vitalicious team is at the ready to exchange ideas about customized solutions. They can use these teas to create an authentic, fresh experience like having a fresh tea bar.

Vitalicious is now available in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. You can find this new assortment on the equally new website: www.vitalicious.eu.
