New: Tomabel shaker

The REO Veiling is offering its Tomabel snack and snack tomatoes in new Tomabel shakers from today (Wednesday 2 September). This stylish cardboard packaging with transparent lid replaces the black 'Nova' punnets and offers three customer-friendly advantages: the product is highly visible in the small packaging, the product is easy to take with you as a healthy snack and the packaging is easy to sort.

The new Tomabel shakers are part of the new Tomabel corporate style, which has been introduced step by step since the end of April. After strawberries, loose tomatoes and vine tomatoes, snack tomatoes are the fourth product to be presented in the new packaging. Tomabel wants to give all products a new look over the course of this year. “We are convinced that a strong and clearly recognisable product presentation offers added value to our products and that is precisely why we opted for a simple, but attractive design for the new Tomabel packaging, in which our high-quality product is and remains the eye-catcher,” says Henk Vandevelde, chairman of Tomabel.

The Tomabel shakers are standard available per 8 pieces in an EPS-T box. Each shaker has a net weight of 250 grams. A custom cardboard keeps the shakers straight in the box, which benefits the store presentation and transport.

With its range of Tomabel snack and snack tomatoes in new packaging, the REO Veiling confirms its role as a reliable trading partner in the commercialisation of fresh tomatoes. Thanks to a large volume increase and a broader range, tomatoes have grown into the most important product group (in terms of turnover) at the REO Veiling in recent years. Together with Tomabel tomatoes, Flandria and Fine Fleur tomatoes are currently also fully available at the REO Veiling.
