“In the past, we mainly used traditional channels for our sales. Online we mainly marketed through our WeChat public account and direct-sales stores on JD.com and Tmall. With good product quality and popular regional and product brands, our sales have been stable.”
“Due to Covid-19, on the one hand, logistics has been challenging this year, on the other hand, consumers prefer to shop online. Therefore, we began to vigorously develop our online sales on top of traditional sales channels and we expect online sales to reach about 40% of our total sales by next year. Currently, we market our apples under the brand of Meiyugao across China, mainly to markets in the south such as Guangzhou."
