"We did not expect such an abundant production during this phase. And we are not just talking about quantity, as quality is also good with a bright color and crunchy flesh. The flavor is better as well due to the improved light conditions."
Researcher Gianluca Baruzzi explains that "the variety behaved very well in spring as well, with around 1.3 kg per plant. What happened now due to the weather in February and March, when the temperatures above average favored the second blossoming. Plants are vigorous with a lively photosynthetic activity that favors a higher sugar content."
The Moretti family has been producing strawberries for decades. They have such extensive experience that varietal innovation tests have been carried out at their company for years and years.

"Fruits have a good shelf-life and texture, while they do not have a high Brix level, especially in the spring. In these sunny conditions with high temperatures, and also thanks to the great professionalism of producers, they have developed a higher sugar level."
