Bruno srl has decided to invest on Bulltec for vegetable sorting, a single-channel grading line with manual loading. Bruno mainly uses it for eggplants, but the grader can also process other products. Bulltec develops versatile lines that are intuitive and easy to maintain.
“We supply systems made-to-measure for our clients' needs and various companies have already chosen them. The grader was developed for delicate vegetables like zucchini and aubergines. They are transported on a conveyor and the automatic expulsion is ultra-soft," explains owner Ruggero Ricci.
In addition to eggplants and zucchini, the machines can also be used for bell peppers, cucumbers and beefsteak, ribbed and oblong tomatoes. Loading can be manual or automatic in water. What is more, Bulltec can customize the system according to specific needs.
