On June 2nd, FreshPlaza published a press release about issues with the supply of goods by the German company frutal GmbH & Co. KG. We have been informed that this was a false report. frutal continues to work without any restrictions for their clients and is able provide full service.
This report was sent to us from an email account that looked like those used by the frutal GmbH & Co. KG and even used quotes supposedly from the two directors of the company. FreshPlaza regrets this mistake and will use this as an opportunity to review internal security measures.
A spokesperson of the frutal GmbH & Co. KG further urges their clients to be wary of suspicious messages while an investigation into the origin of this scam is underway.
