Based on Greenyard’s ongoing audit, a final number for the adjusted EBITDA was specified on May 8th. The adjusted EBITDA (pre-IFRS 16) for financial year 2019/2020 amounts to € 95,7m, just above the upper end of the revised guidance of € 93m - 95m of 17 April 2020.
The recovering adjusted EBITDA is primarily driven by a successful transformation and a rigorous implementation of a continuous improvement process. More detailed information and financials will be provided at the time of the publication of the financial year 2019/2020 on 16 June 2020.
