Magnus Kahl Seeds is an Australian owned allium seed breeding, production and marketing company. In November 2019, Magnus Kahl Seeds launched a European company named Magnus Kahl Seeds BV.
"This company has been established to improve the quality of service provided to our existing and growing range of European customers and to assist us in expanding this market further," said Global Sales Manager James Ryan.
The Manager of Magnus Kahl Seeds BV is Geo Verstichel. Geo has extensive experience in management, customer service and sales functions in complimentary industries to the seed industry. He is excited about the prospects in the EU and is looking forward to meeting any new customers, as well as continuing to service the needs of longstanding clients.
A benefit of having the Magnus Kahl Seeds BV operation is the ability to hold stock and provide a more flexible supply and delivery service to our customers. It is nearing the end of the European seed ordering season however Magnus Kahl Seeds still have seed stocks available.
"Available for purchase are our semi-long seed shallot varieties, our round more traditional seed shallot varieties, our echalion varieties and our various range of hybrid and open pollinated onion varieties. Clearly the current global situation has made delivery of all products difficult, however due to having our European base we have continued to successfully deliver all seed orders to our customers.
