Photos of a 1-kg crate of strawberries in a dedicated packaging perfect for children were sent to FreshPlaza by a reader from Rome who purchased it in his local supermarket last week.
The label states all the details: the strawberries were produced in Huelva (Spain). Category I, grade 22+, Rociera variety. The packaging consists in a wooden crate with a colorful plastic film.
The price is €7.98 per 1 kg crate. The plastic film, in addition to protecting fruit, is see-through so customers can see the content. The sides showcase the FreshMel Junior logo.
