The LC Group is in the process of merging three of its companies: Fruica SA, Lorenfruit SA, and Dica Pak SA, which will soon operate under the name of Central Dica.
This movement is part of the company's new strategy for the coming years. “It is a consolidation strategy that will allow us to have a greater company image and agility to face new challenges and generate value. Change is a constant in today's society and we believe that this new structure will be much more suitable for the new endeavors that we will carry out during the next stage,” stated the company's general director Lorenzo Carrasco.
The LC Group is one of the most important operators in the Spanish fruit and vegetable landscape, nationally and internationally.
"All legal procedures need some time because they are slow and complex processes. In the meantime, we will continue to work normally," the legal leaders of this corporate movement stated.
"The company will continue to act normally and Central Dica will assume all the operations of the merged firms," concluded Lorenzo Carrasco.
