Idai Nature has announced the acquisition of Even Agro, a company based in Albacete that has more than 20 years of experience and is specialized in the marketing of zero waste products suitable for organic farming.
The acquisition follows the recent one of the firm Agrichem Bio and is meant to continue strengthening the biocontrol line, led by Idai Nature within the Rovensa group.
"With these acquisitions, Idai Nature seeks to strengthen its position and lead the changes in global agriculture, focusing on healthy and sustainable solutions for the environment," says Carlos Ledó, founder and CEO of Idai Nature and Biocontrol COO of the Rovensa Group.
Even Agro was founded in 1999 and has always been known for the development of high quality products for the most developed forms of agriculture. One of the company's priorities is to offer effective and safe products with specific uses and which do not entail any risks for the applicator, the consumer and the environment.
The Rovensa business group's strategy is based on offering producers integrated solutions that allow them to obtain quality phytosanitary products with a low toxicological profile, precision biostimulants, specialized nutritional products and natural biological protection products that are safe for the applicator, the consumer and the environment.
