ErfaFoodService successfully breathed life into a new concept at the INTERGASTRA trade fair centre in Stuttgart. The network around Michael Möhring organised the "pitch & meet Food & Concept Court" with a lot of passion. This opened its doors for the first time in the restaurant by the water from 15 to 19 February 2020. Through the four building blocks of the event and the commitment of all partners, the speakers and the panelists, a format with a very special atmosphere was created, which became the exclusive meeting place for food service professionals around the industry.
Food court
The perfect front-cooking infrastructure of Aramark's restaurant provided the perfect setting for the partners to present their products live in action to the visitors, to introduce new concepts or to discuss with experts.
Hilcona and Bejo presented their new concepts and product ranges for the first time, which could be optimally staged in this location.
Concept court
Visitors were able to learn about a wide range of ideas and solutions from professionals for professionals and receive advice.
The “Coocino - Micro Market Concept” of Convenience LLC was explained in detail by Hans-Joachim Schell.
pitch & meet
Twice a day, the partners presented the special features of their products and services on stage in a short and concise manner. Visitors had the opportunity to inform themselves in a very short time.
The cooperation partners of ErfaFoodService also use the Food & Concept Court as a meeting place for and with their members and business partners.
Lecture and discussion rounds
Experts in their field rounded off the programme for visitors, universities and associations, all of whom were actively involved in keynote speeches and discussions.
