The Spanish cooperative Alimer doubles its organic vegetable production

The Murcian cooperative Alimer is taking part once again in the fruit and vegetable trade fair par excellence: Fruit Logistica, and it is bringing great news. As announced by Julián Díaz, president of Alimer, the cooperative, aiming to adapt to the European market and committed to delivering quality products, has more than doubled its production of organic vegetables compared to last year. Artichokes, cauliflower, pak choi, mini Romaine lettuce and broccoli are the main organic products grown by the cooperative under its GreenGrin and Tortoise brands.

Consumers are increasingly aware of the advantages of this production method, and organic products are increasingly present on the shelves of large retailers in both Spain and the rest of Europe.

From February 5 to 7, Alimer will be in stand B-06 of Hall 18 at Fruit Logistica. The stand has been designed to convey the passion and care that the cooperative's team devote to the cultivation of each of its products.
