Green Mushroom Farm inspires Dutch chefs-in-training

How do you make consumers more aware of mushrooms? Green Mushroom Farm hopes they have found the answer. "There has been a growing number of scientific reports about healthy nutrition in recent years. These foods affect a person's body in positive ways. These foods include mushrooms," says Sami Bahtiri, CEO of this Dutch company.

"We want to lower people's thresholds and especially inspire children. Green Mushroom Farm has, therefore, entered into a partnership with Mondriaan College in The Hague. There, apprentice chefs can experiment with our assortment every day."

"We inform potential clients about our range's possibilities too. We do this in our own Green Mushroom Farm kitchen. There we also develop recipes that benefit increasingly health-conscious users," concludes Sami.
