Champignons Wulfers focuses on white and brown organics

Organic mushrooms in six cultivation areas

In 1997, Werner Wulfers founded his mushroom business in Hoheging near Cloppenburg with six growing areas. Today, 32 rooms are being used. Since 2003, the production of white and brown mushrooms has focused exclusively on organic products, with Naturland certification.

Harvesting takes place in two waves. The marketing is carried out, among others, via the "Weiße Köpfe Vertrieb". In the meantime, a second generation is now active in the company. "We are a very good team," Joachim Wulfers, one of the sons, said about the cooperation within the family. "Guaranteed fresh, naturally regional" is the motto of the company.
