OrtoPremium is the new brand with which L'Ortolana offers its golden selection of one of the most typical products of the agricultural territory where the company operates, that of the Nocerino-Sarnese countryside, in the province of Salerno, where onions have been cultivated for centuries, and are particularly appreciated in European markets for their unique organoleptic characteristics and taste.
Precisely because of the particular qualities of this product, L'Ortolana has decided to create a specific product line, with a dedicated packaging, to promote the superior quality spring onions grown and selected by L'Ortolana.
However, at Fruit Logistica they will not only be showcasing OrtoPremium onions. L’Ortolana, which over the years has become a leading model in the Italian fruit and vegetables industry, will also feature its other product brands: Miss Natura, GustoFresco and VerdiGiorni.
At Hall 4.2 - Stand B07 visitors will have the opportunity to receive information on the production and marketing of spring onions, fennel, radishes, escarole, trocadero lettuce, carrots, cauliflower, kohlrabi, long and round white turnips, rocket, baby leaf salads and watermelons. These are all products that L'Ortolana produces and distributes in northern European markets.
Logistics represents another cornerstone of L'Ortolana. The careful and professional handling of transportation allows L'Ortolana to carry out, collect, process, load and deliver to Northern European markets in 48/60 hours, ensuring that products are always fresh, as required by international certifications and standards (GlobalGAP, GRASP, BRC Food and IFS Food).
