Sweet and Sunny strawberries import season has started

Next week The Greenery will start its import season with Sweet and Sunny strawberries. This weekend the first strawberries will be delivered and will be available from Monday. Last year the excellent quality of the Sweet and Sunny strawberries from Spain ensured good sales. The expectations are that the weather for the coming seasons is going to be a good. Next Friday the first Sweet and Sunny strawberries will arrive in Breda and the volumes will increase further in the coming week.

Only the best varieties for the best quality
"Together with growers, agronomists and international breeders, The Greenery is looking for the best varieties in soft fruit. We work closely with the American Plant Sciences Inc. With two separate locations for testing new varieties and in close consultation with their own Agronomists and growers are included and marketed in cultivation concepts. Only the best selected soft fruit varieties are eligible for the Sweet and Sunny brand, "The Greenery reports. "These varieties excel in taste and appearance, whereby the preconditions for quality and shelf life are not forgotten."

"Consumers want to enjoy more and more healthy fruits without having to think about whether the fruit is tasty. The soft fruit of Sweet and Sunny is always sun-ripened. This makes the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, red berries and blackberries have a delicious sweet taste and extra juicy. They have been specially selected from the best growers in the Netherlands, Spain and South America, among other countries, so that consumers are assured of the tastiest soft fruit all year round. And sales show time and time again that consumers know how to appreciate this certainty." says The Greenery.
