A 30.000 square meter orange sorting factory with only 10 employees

"We automated a whole orange sorting plant"

When you think of an orange sorting plant, most people will think about many workers on the floor, constantly moving back and forth. However, that image of a labor-intensive sorting plant is changing now with the new developments in the sorting line industry. Reemoon developed a new fully automated orange sorting plant.

The entire sorting line of the 30,000-square-meter factory has only 10 employees. There are intelligent robots, and automatic plastic transport systems to transport plastic frames back and forth. This automatic sorting line includes automatic loading, pouring, cleaning, preservation, sorting, plastic frame cleaning and sterilization, frame-filling etc. To ensure the process goes smoothly, a perfect connection between each process has been established.
