Choví has presented its most original innovation, combining a classic sauce with one of the most popular trendy foods: aioli with guacamole. The brand is the first on the market to combine both sauces, thus creating a unique product thanks to the flavor and creaminess of avocados.
As explained by the company, the idea came from the consumption of avocado and guacamole in Spain. “Guacamole is already a very popular sauce among Spanish consumers thanks to its flavor and healthy characteristics. Guacamole is widely used for dipping, just like aioli; hence the idea of combining both sauces.”
This new sauce is marketed in a 200-milliliter glass container that allows for the best possible preservation. It is a refrigerated product, so consumers will find it in the cold area.
