Mr Apple NZ and Croptracker Inc continue working together

"It has saved hours of time and effort in the field and in administration"

After successfully completing a company-wide launch of Croptracker Orchard Management Software across its 1,300 employees and over 1,100 hectares (2718 acres) of orchards in early 2019, New Zealand based Mr Apple and Croptracker Inc are looking forward to another productive season together.

First rolled out in a single Mr Apple orchard in February 2018, Mr Apple moved to a company-wide launch in early 2019. A survey of orchard staff earlier this year yielded overwhelmingly positive results, with 100% of respondents agreeing that Croptracker gives them fast, easy access to information to assist them in their daily roles. Aggregate survey results also showed that Mr Apple is saving hundreds of hours per week using Croptracker. Croptracker has made Mr Apple orchard operations more efficient.

“Croptracker has increased efficiency in the orchard,” said Orchard Manager Grant Stevenson, whose orchard was the first to adopt Croptracker in 2018, “it has saved hours of time and effort in the field and in administration.”

Mr Apple exports more than 5 million cartons of apples every year. “We are very proud of the collaboration between Croptracker and Mr. Apple,” said Jeff Chemeres, Chief Strategic Officer of Croptracker. “Based upon this positive feedback, we are inspired to continually improve our product and expand our solutions to other growers around the world.” Going forward, Croptracker and Mr Apple will continue to work together to bring quality and consistency to consumers of fresh fruits around the world.
