The Savoy cabbage also known as green cabbage, a typical winter product with an authentic cabbage flavour, is cheap for this time in period of the year. Supply will increase slowly in the coming weeks.
For this time of the year we can talk of top supply of loose and vine tomatoes. Bunches are more expensive than loose tomatoes.
Broccoli supply is manageable, prices are quite stable. Leek volumes are steadily increasing and supply is comparable to last year. Prices dropped compared to last week. The demand for chicory is increasing, the supply is well organised and the prices moved upwards, compared to last week. Quotations increased compared to the previous week.The local production of cabbage lettuce is very well organised, the heaviest weights are around +47. Prices of white and red cabbage has gone down.
