New line of "clean ingredient" salad dressings launched

Good Foods has announced a new line of six gluten-free salad dressings. The dressings will be on display at PMA Fresh Summit October 17-19 and available for retailers to purchase following the show.

The Good Foods salad dressings include six flavors, three of which are plant-based; Harvest Apple, Asian Ginger and Avocado Goddess, and three classic dairy flavors; Blue Cheese, Avocado Ranch and Caesar.

“Good Foods is answering our consumer’s call for delicious dressings with the clean labels they crave,” said Danyel O’Connor executive vice president of sales and marketing at Good Foods. “We chose to elevate the most sought-after salad dressings with bright fresh flavors by harnessing the power of cold pressure.”

The company says each dressing contains fresh fruit, vegetables & herbs without any preservatives or additives. The ingredient list includes what is described as "clean and easily recognizable items", such as avocados and lemon, which aims to give consumers a transparent label they can trust. All of the dressings are gluten-free with 3g of carbs or less per serving.

Good Foods’ products use high pressure processing (HPP), which the company says keeps food and ingredients fresher for a longer period of time.

Stop by booth #2319 at PMA Fresh Summit October 17-19 to see the entire salad dressing line on display and sample the Blue Cheese and Avocado Goddess flavors.
