Viveros California and Nova Siri Genetics signed an agreement for the exclusive multiplication and commercialization of the Marisol strawberry variety worldwide.
The agreement is the result of the collaboration that both entities have been maintaining for more than a decade testing and developing different varieties in different countries, especially those of the Mediterranean arch, and it extends the agreement they already had for the Marisol variety in Italy to the rest of the world.
The Marisol variety's optimal behavior and growth potential have made it easier for Viveros California to increase its commitment to this variety, which stands out for its quality and useful life, which ensures that the fruits keep their color until they reach the consumer.
This agreement will allow Viveros California, one of the most important nurseries in Europe and which has more than 60 years of experience at the forefront of innovation in the strawberry sector, to reinforce its presence in international markets with high-quality varieties. Nova Siri Genetics, an Italian company specialized in the varietal improvement of strawberries, has found in the Spanish nursery an ally for the exploitation of one of its most important varieties.

Both companies will be showcasing their products at Fruit Attraction, in Madrid, from October 22 to the 24. Viveros California will be located at stand 9F01 and Nova Siri Genetics at stand 9H05, both of which are in Hall 9.
