"We grow approximately 2 million fennel plants. I would define the current market situation as normal, with no extreme prices," explains Emile Fellini.
Facilitated harvesting
"We own 67 hectares in Forlì-Cesena near our facility, so the produce is always fresh and processed a few minutes after harvesting. The produce then reaches stores in 12-24 hours, also thanks to our fleet of refrigerated trucks."

Fennel is available all year round and "Fellini Patrizio" supplies the big retail chain, any distributor that requires it as well as foreign clients e.g. in Denmark, France and Germany.
The crops and the facility are just a few hundred meters away
Fellini also produces kale, which is almost ready for harvesting. "Demand is increasing and the produce will be available until late April."
