More than 800 employees work on the site, where 200,000 tons of merchandise transit each year to generate a revenue of 428 million euros [468 million USD]. 3,500 buyers come daily to get their supply from producers and wholesalers, who are ready to start negotiating at the earliest hours.

As for the fruits and vegetables, 20 wholesalers share the building. Although an international origin can be found for each product, there is a clear tendency to propose fruits and vegetables that are produced locally, or at least in France. The organic production is also very present with nearly a third of the operators dedicated to the sale of these labelled products. The warm and modern facilities made for a very pleasant visit.
