Eisberg & Bell Food Group focuses on new product trends at Anuga 2019

The internationally operating Eisberg Group will be represented at the forthcoming Anuga in Cologne together with the Bell Food Group. After first being present in 2017, now they will focus on the wide-ranging freshness concept of fresh-cut products and additional assortments. In a market hall of specialties, the Bell Food Group will bring its product world to life.

Headquartered in Switzerland, the wholesaler, in addition to new to-go creations of salad meals and fruits, also presents trendy fresh mixes for the simple preparation of vegetable soups and Thai curry, reports Marketing Manager Katrin Geisthardt. "We will present six carefully selected variations of cold-pressed juices and smoothies."

Eisberg specializes in the production of fresh sliced ​​salads and also offers a wide range of sliced ​​vegetables or fruit blends. The range is supplemented with innovative additional assortments such as smoothie mixes, cold-pressed juices and smoothies or salad dressings.

With production plants in Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Romania and Hungary, Eisberg serves customers in the three areas of retail, food service and system catering. "Our own brand is very well established in Hungary and Romania, and after the opening of our production facility in Austria in March of this year, we are now progressively expanding our position in local trade," concludes the company.
