The HillFresh International (HFI) and Fresh Pack Logistics' (FPL) Boards of Directors intend to integrate HillFresh International's logistical activities with those of Fresh Pack Logistics.
This was decided after HillFresh International did a strategic review of the company. HillFresh International wants to better serve its clients and suppliers. It plans to do this by further developing its logistics platform. Connecting to Fresh Pack Logistics' platform will lead to the further optimization of the company's service.
With this proposed move, Fresh Pack Logistics is further fulfilling its expansion ambitions. The company is striving to offer an optimal logistics service and an effective operation. The coming months will be used to further investigate and work out this integration.
The intended date for this transaction is 1 January 2020.
