Calderoni Ronaldo has introduced a shredder for walnut and hazelnut groves yet suitable for different situations thanks to the maximum-precision side movement.
"Our company was one of the first to develop shredders, we were pioneers when it comes to mechanical weeding as an alternative to chemical weeding."
The solution is developed specially for walnut and hazelnut groves and is effective both in plain and hilly areas. The machine is ideal for precision weeding thanks to the side movement. Basically no weeds remain around trunks, which are undamaged.
"The machine features electrical controls and an independent hydraulic circuit. Its width ranges from 1.50 to 3.20 meters, plus the disc. Clients can choose whether to install clubs or knives depending on their needs. We can work together with companies to assess their unique needs."
In a period when chemical weeding is limited when it comes to both the number of treatments and usable molecules, mechanical weeding is becoming popular once again.
