Irish family business Keelings Knowledge Ltd., which developed an industry-specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for the fresh goods sector, and Munich-based IT services company RI-Solution, met with Irish President Michael D. Higgins at the event called "A Celebration of Irish Industry Presence in Germany" to announce their business partnership for the implementation of ERP software in the German market.
Both partners have extensive, world-class expertise in the fruit and vegetable industry and both have outstanding expertise in the successful execution of ERP projects. This cooperation ensures that future German customers will receive the best possible ERP software implementation and support from a local partner who shares the same values they do.

The ERP system of Keelings Knowledge Ltd. is tailored to the specific requirements of the fruit and vegetable sector and can support all relevant business areas, e.g. purchases and sales, logistics, quality management, food safety, production, forecasting and warehouse management. In addition to all this, the software includes a very comprehensive management reporting system and includes a broad range of business intelligence tools. Developed by experts in the fresh produce industry, this ERP system can streamline business processes and will thereby help companies in the fruit and vegetable sector grow in all the right ways.
Important milestone for German market

The family-owned Keelings company has been in the fruit and vegetable industry for three generations since 1926. Since the 1980s, Keelings has developed industry-specific software solutions exclusively for its own operations. In 2012, the now well-known Keelings Knowledge firm was finally founded, which currently employs 25 highly qualified employees and offers solutions for external customers.
