Organically Grown Company announces new leadership

Northwest-based organic produce distributor Organically Grown Company (OGC) has recently promoted Mike Boyle to Vice President of Sales and Sourcing, and welcomed Bryce White as Vice President of Business Operations.

Mike Boyle brings a background in produce retail, wholesale distribution, commodity procurement, sales and team leadership. Mike joined OGC in 2013 and has served in multiple roles, most recently as the Director of Sales and Business Development. Formerly, Mike led Pacific Northwest procurement as a Regional Produce Coordinator for Whole Foods, and also served as Director of Produce for Andronico’s Community Markets in San Francisco where he implemented systems for purchasing, receiving, quality control and merchandising.

“By knitting together our sales and sourcing team leadership we hope to be an even stronger advocate for and partner to both our growers and customers” says Mike.

Bryce White joins OGC after a career in beverage manufacturing and distribution. Bryce most recently led the Corporate Supply Chain and Strategy work at Columbia Distributing. His focus included procurement, real estate, supply chain optimization and innovation. Prior to Columbia, Bryce spent 14 years at PepsiCo in various roles including Plant Director.

Bryce has served as the Chair and President of the Washington State Warehouse Education and Research Council (WERC), a professional organization focused on warehouse management and its role in the supply chain. He also sits as an advisor for the Inventory Drone Technology start-up Fizikl in Washington.

“Mike and Bryce have been strategic leaders in their respective industries for decades” says CEO Elizabeth Nardi. “These exceptional additions to the Organically Grown Company leadership team further strengthen our steadfast commitment to continued pioneering leadership and innovation in the organic supply chain.”
